Full course description

In this course participants will learn about the rules and regulations that govern a business's compensation and benefits (C&B) programs. In addition, we will examine real world concepts for writing a compensation philosophy, some tools for administering C&B, and the legal ramifications if you do not administer these programs in a fair and equitable manner.   Finally we will discuss how both compensation and benefits programs fit together in an overall "Total Rewards" program for your employees.
